Brian Kalsbeek (Executive Director)
Dr. Brian Kalsbeek is a retired chiropractor from Castro Valley, California. During his career Dr. Kalsbeek served on the board of Follow Up Ministries, as a board member of Happiness Hill Pre School for 29 years and as a member of the board of directors and executive committee of 3Crosses Church in Castro Valley, CA from 1986 to the present.
Brian’s father inspired his interest in Missions as he made numerous round the world trips visiting missionaries when Brian was growing up.
In 1997 Brian made his first trip to Vietnam with World Serve Ministries and the ensuing 10 years traveled to Vietnam, China, Thailand and Burma on 25 different trips for World Serve.
In 2007 Dr. Kalsbeek went to Cambodia on a medical missions trip with a group from 3Crosses Church. This trip inspired what has now become a long-term commitment to serving the mission of the gospel in Cambodia.

Randy Odom (President)
Pastor Randy Odom currently serves as Pastor of Senior Adults at 3Crosses Church in Castro Valley, California. Randy is originally from Oklahoma but “moved west” in 1983 to enroll as a graduate student at Biola University where he studied Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
Randy taught as a university English teacher in China for six years, before returning to the Bay Area in 1991. For the first 8 years of his life in the Bay, Randy served as pastor for a inner city church in Oakland, California. In 2002 Randy, and his wife, Krystal, began attending 3Crosses Church. In 2005 3Crosses invited Randy to join the pastoral staff, where he served for five years.
In 2010, God called Randy & Krystal to Cambodia and they lived in Cambodia as missionaries for 8 years. Brian Kalsbeek and Randy were the founders of Equip Cambodia. In 2010 Randy & Krystal moved back to California and resumed ministry with 3Crosses Church. During their years in Cambodia, Randy & Krystal adopted a Cambodian boy who is the joy of their lives. His name is Noel.
