On-the-ground staff, both expat and local, serve as a frontline influence on the continuing development of vision and implementation of new efforts of ministry. Personnel are encouraged and empowered to seek the Lord and His vision for future expansion.

Our mission is constant, but “one size does not fit all.” This being true, our strategies to realize our mission may vary and change over time. We always look for best practices and better methods. We are not afraid to risk as we seek the most effective means of accomplishing our mission.

We are accountable to our supporting churches and donors for tangible ministry results. We are committed to accountability at all levels within our organization. Regular newsletters, annual mission reports, and other forms of communication are provided to those who support our ministry.

A well-resourced organization is more likely to be an effective organization. It is the responsibility of all EQUIP Cambodia personnel to participate in the resourcing of personnel, strategy, and finances. We make our plans large, because we are following God's leading.

We emphasize the biblical mandate of serving the whole person in the name of Christ. This includes ministries of compassion, education, in addition to evangelism.
