At this writing Equip Cambodia has a team of eight Cambodian church planters / pastors who are establishing and shepherding village churches in the outlying areas of Siem Reap province. Many of these areas were completely unreached with the gospel until the arrival of our church planters and pastors.

Outreaches to villages often take the shape of children’s programs where the simple message of Jesus’ love is shared. By befriending local children our Cambodian church planters and pastors are presented with the opportunity to meets parents and extended family and to share the gospel with them.

It is amazing to see the power of the irresistible love of Jesus as Cambodians come face-to-face with the God who loves them and has paid for their salvation and redemption with the blood of the cross. Individuals formerly bound by fear and demonic oppression come to the freedom and joy of a relationship with God. Our pastors come alongside these new believers to disciple them in their newfound faith and help them discover their own place in God’s plan of redemption in Cambodia.
